Continuing to expand in the digital marketing function is a major piece of the growth strategy for which this role will be critical.
About the Role
As a Paid Search Analyst for Raney’s, your role will focus on work that is fast-paced, autonomous and fulfilling, set within a supportive team structure. Given that a meaningful portion of the Company’s traffic and revenue is driven via paid search, you will have the opportunity to have a tangible impact on the success of the business by developing, managing, and optimizing effective campaigns across search, shopping, display, video channels and others.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Paid Search Strategists and the CMO to understand business goals and synthesize holistic digital marketing strategy into a strategic plan for success on Paid Search
Create, edit and restructure campaigns with input from your team across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, including targeting, budgeting, bid strategies, ad copy and creative assets, and measurement tactics
Analyze, assess, and diagnose the performance of campaigns regularly to stay aware of trends and opportunities for optimizations
Translate analytical insights from the data into ongoing recommendations and plans for revising the campaign strategy and performing regular account optimizations
Continually perform optimizations across ad targeting, copy and creative assets, bidding, budgeting, and channel mix to improve performance over time
Work with the marketing and graphic design team to keep video and imagery content fresh and tailored to the appropriate campaigns and channels.
Create and implement tests periodically to gain learnings that evolve channel strategy
Communicate regularly with internal team members and/or agency consultants on performance trends, updates and progress on tests and optimizations being done in campaigns, and plans and timelines for upcoming work
Qualifications
2+ years of full-time professional experience in managing paid search (PPC/SEM) campaigns
Experience with Meta (Facebook) campaigns a plus but not required
Strong data analysis skills
Proficient in GA4
Desire to test and learn new tools, technologies, and approaches
Experience optimizing paid search campaigns
High level of proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPS, conditional formatting, etc.)
Proficiency in Google suite and Microsoft suite
Excellent time management, organization, and presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor’s degree
