This will include new products and services, geographic expansion, and a mix of organic growth and acquisitions.
As part of its growth plan, the Company is making significant investments in marketing and revenue growth strategies. We are implementing a strategic growth plan focused on maximizing customer demand through progressive, cost-effective methods.
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated, experienced VP of Marketing and Revenue Growth with a track record of successfully developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive revenue growth in high-growth industrial businesses. Reporting to the CEO, this role will be responsible for developing and implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns, measuring their effectiveness, and driving revenue growth through these initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, content creation, email campaigns, and other promotional strategies, with a focus on maximizing return on investment.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports the Company's growth goals, including product, service, and geographic expansion; existing account growth; and new logo acquisition
Multi-Channel Marketing Campaigns: Lead the development and implementation of diverse marketing campaigns, including:
Online/digital marketing (SEO/SEM)
Blog content creation to drive website traffic
Email marketing campaigns
Direct mail initiatives
Promotional brochure campaigns
Word-of-mouth marketing programs
Share-of-wallet expansion strategies
Digital Marketing Expertise: Demonstrate strong proficiency in leveraging digital marketing tools and techniques to maximize online presence and lead generation.
Content Creation and Management: Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content across various platforms to support marketing initiatives and drive customer engagement.
Revenue Growth Initiatives: Identify and implement strategies to increase revenue, including upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
ROI Analysis: Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing data-driven insights to inform future strategies and demonstrate return on invested capital.
Budget Management: Manage and allocate marketing resources efficiently, ensuring ROI and budget adherence.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO, leadership team, operations, and product development to align marketing efforts with overall business goals and strategies.
Market Research and Analysis: Conduct ongoing market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights to inform marketing strategies.
Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.
Customer Insights: Leverage customer data and feedback to inform marketing strategies and improve customer experience.
Technician Engagement: Collaborate with field technicians to identify and capitalize on additional share-of-wallet opportunities with existing customers.
Qualifications
Proven success in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive revenue growth, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in senior marketing roles (open to candidates who gainted this experience in a mix of operating and consulting roles)
Strong expertise in digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, content marketing, email campaigns, and social media marketing
Experience in implementing multi-channel, cost-tiered marketing strategies with a focus on ROI
Demonstrated ability to analyze marketing data and translate insights into actionable strategies
Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles, particularly in industrial or technical service industries
Experience in revenue growth strategies and initiatives
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Strong leadership and team management skills
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
Proficiency with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms
Results-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Industry knowledge and established network connections are a bonus
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required; Master's degree a plus
