About the Role

AIRJ is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join a rapidly growing team. Key Responsibilities

As a Staff Accountant, your responsibilities will include basic bookkeeping tasks such as accounts payable, billings (accounts receivable and revenue), prepaids and fixed asset amortization, account reconciliations, inventory management, journal entries, general ledger management, and assisting with month-end close. 

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience, be comfortable working at high volumes and be a self-motivator. Experience with Quickbooks, NetSuite, Ramp, and Excel is required. Familiarity with FloQast (close tool), Active Disclosure (reporting tool) and SOX compliance are desirable. The ability to function autonomously, ask questions when necessary, and handle the dynamic environment of a high growth start-up is essential.

Additional Information

The company offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $65,000-$70,000 and a 5% bonus. The hybrid role will be based in Newark, DE and reports directly to the Company’s Senior Accountant and Controller.
