About the Role

The Senior Director of Business Development will be the driving force behind building strategic relationships with CEOs, COOs, and other C-suite executives. This role requires exceptional communication skills and a fearless approach to outreach, utilizing a range of channels (email, phone, text, events, networking, etc.) to secure meetings for our CEO and senior leadership team. You’ll be responsible for understanding the unique challenges of executive decision-makers and conveying how our services offer a better solution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research companies and industries to identify opportunities, craft business development strategies with Talentcare's CEO, and execute outreach campaigns

  • Develop and execute targeted communication strategies to capture attention and secure meetings with C-cuite decision makers

  • Conduct daily outreach to C-suite executives, focusing on CEOs and COOs, across diverse industries

  • Communicate effectively in a way that resonates with top executives, driving meaningful conversations about recruiting challenges and Talentcare's value

  • Partner with Talentcare's CEO on a broad range of business development efforts from converting leads to planning and executing events to improving digital marketing and brand awareness of Talentcare

  • As the business grows, help shape the future of the Sales organization 

Qualifications

  • Proven success in engaging C-suite executives through outreach campaigns and prospecting in current role

  • Prior experience in a Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Business Development Representative (BDR) or similar position 

  • Strong ability to adapt communication styles to resonate with senior leaders.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • A high-energy, resilient, and results-driven personality

  • Experience in industries such as executive search or private equity firms preferred

  • Track record of success in sales, business development, or similar roles requiring direct interaction with top-level decision-makers

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
